What we do
Forming a detailed analysis on how a scheme is to meet regulation and aiding a faster planning process, we provide you with the tools to take a project to the next level by capitalising on the environmental assets.
Resolving the disconnect between architects and regulation
Our experience in both horticulture and architectural design affords us a consolidated view of the opportunities there are in urban greening.

Phase 1
Feasibility and Value Analysis
Appropriate for developments in the pre-planning stage, where we can use the purpose of the scheme, the values, and potential challenges to drive our analysis and consultation.
The outcome
Appropriate for developments in the pre-planning stage, where we can use the purpose of the scheme, the values, and potential challenges to drive our analysis and consultation.
For more detail on Phase 1, download the service guide.
Phase 2
Establishing a Comprehensive Urban Greening Scheme
Appropriate for developments that have already achieved planning and are looking to develop the possibilities further.
Our proposal
This level allows us to give comprehensive guidance following an in-depth feasibility analysis and an understanding of goals and constraints on the scheme. Based on meeting policy and achieving high environmental standards, we examine the opportunities to form the proposal.
The outcome
There are several benefits of working with us on Phase 2 consultation which you can explore in more detail in our service guide. We’ve selected the 3 we feel are most important below.
1.
Hit targets, avoiding the compensation tariff
2.
Reduce implemented planning conditions
3.
Clear guidance on specific solutions within given budgets
