Client Background

The Wares Farm industrial site has undergone a major extension with the main occupant, Berry Gardens Ltd, rapidly expanding and outgrowing its existing premises.  The main building of the extension is the size of three football pitches, with 12 HGB loading pays and parking for several hundred cars.
